Make some ‘me’ time with Carers O’Clock
We are pleased to announce the launch of the Carers O’Clock creative carer wellbeing project in partnership with Culture Shift.
Designed for carers to give you time and space for yourselves, you can receive a creative bulletin every two weeks which suggests activities that can take two minutes or two hours to do, depending on what time you have available.
There will be a fortnightly virtual cafe from next Monday 27th April at 11am, where carers can chat and have a virtual cuppa together in a safe and supported space, and our Carer Support Worker will be taking part in the first session.
Contact Culture Shift to sign up for the bulletin and to join the virtual cafe by emailing email@example.com.
If you want other support for your wellbeing as a carer in East Sussex, remember our team is here for you, so please get in touch by phone on 01323 738390 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
