Various carers groups are held monthly, with carers social and wellbeing activities taking place on an ad hoc or regular basis – see below for details.

Fun and Active Together Class (for carer and person you care for)

Every Wednesday
3pm – 4pm

Free exercise class for over 50s – dedicated group for carers and those you care for. Evenly balanced and easy to perform workouts involving cardio, mobility, strength and flexibility.

Carers Mindful Tuesdays

As part of this year’s Good Grief Hastings Festival, we are able to offer a free workshop with local artist and researcher Lorna Crabbe for those who are or have been family or informal carers. A small group session where you are invited to discuss ideas around the belongings of loved ones, and how they may be transformed or re-considered in new and creative ways.
