Various carers groups are held monthly, with carers social and wellbeing activities taking place on an ad hoc or regular basis – see below for details.

Fun and Active Together Class (for carer and person you care for)

Every Wednesday
3pm – 4pm

Free exercise class for over 50s – dedicated group for carers and those you care for. Evenly balanced and easy to perform workouts involving cardio, mobility, strength and flexibility.

Brunch at 10 am, followed by a talk from East Sussex Health Care Trust on strategies for preventing falls and supporting people to remain independent at home for longer.
