Free exercise class for over 50s – dedicated group for carers and those you care for. Evenly balanced and easy to perform workouts involving cardio, mobility, strength and flexibility.

Energise Sussex Coast information session

Thursday 15th May

10.30am – 11.30am

Hear from an adviser from Energise Sussex Coast who will give energy and water bills information, including debt, fuel vouchers and water discounts for eligible people, energy saving measures and insulation grants.

This talk is taking place at our monthly Hastings CIAG. All carers are welcome – you do not need to be a regular group attendee.

Scam Awareness session

Tuesday 22nd May

10.30am – 11.30am

Scams are increasingly common, and anyone can be caught out. Join us for a talk from Age UK East Sussex’s SCAMS Community Engagement Officer to find out what to look out for and how to protect yourself. This talk is taking place at our monthly online carers group. All carers are welcome.
