Head of Services

30 to 37 hours per week
Salary: £38,890 per annum, based on 37 hours per week
Contract term: Permanent
Office based and/or remote working

The Head of Services will be a member of the Senior Management Team and will lead and develop our direct services, with particular emphasis on project management, quality assurance and safeguarding. The successful applicant will provide effective leadership to the Carer Support Team, be a skilled strategic manager with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills and an aptitude for data analysis, monitoring and evaluation.

If you have a flair for leading services that make a real difference to people’s lives, and growing and adapting these to meet local people’s needs, this is a great opportunity to join our well established team.

Governance Administrator

7.5 hours per week

The Governance Administrator will work closely with the Chief Executive to support the administration function of the charity’s Board of Trustees. This will include preparation of board meeting papers, ensuring accurate records are kept, and scheduling and servicing meetings.
