Severe Mental Illness Carers Walking Group, Heathfield
Sunday 24th July, 10:30am-12:30pm. Carers Walking Group in Heathfield. Meet at 10:30am under the Heathfield Town Clock on the junction of High Street and Streatfield Road TN21 8JB. About an hour’s walk followed by a soft drink at a local café (venue to be decided). Email richardp@cftc.org.uk to join.
Our Carers Groups are a free, monthly walking group for carers of people with severe mental health issues. The group is social, relaxed and a place to meet with other carers, take a walk and have a chat. We can also stop for tea or coffee!
