Join us for a craft session at The Shed Craft Centre in Hampden Park, Friday 22nd July, 11am to 2pm.

This free carers group is available for those who are caring for someone with a severe mental illness. The group takes place  at The Shed, Hampden Park near Eastbourne. It is an arts and crafts centre and carers can come along, relax and get creative. Enjoy learning crafts and making cards, decorations, jewellery, small woodwork projects and paintings, needlework, crocheting, knitting and ceramics. All materials are supplied.
