Various carers groups are held monthly, with carers social and wellbeing activities taking place on an ad hoc or regular basis – see below for details.

Mindfulness sessions

Free exercise class for over 50s – dedicated group for carers and those you care for. Evenly balanced and easy to perform workouts involving cardio, mobility, strength and flexibility.
