Are you looking after someone who couldn’t manage without your help and live in Hastings? You could be looking after a family member, friend or neighbour who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction could not cope without your support.

If so, we are inviting carers in Hastings to join a free online Wellbeing Cruise session facilitated by Coast Wellbeing.  There will be fun activities to help you unwind, break for tea and cake and time to talk with this session via Zoom.
