Mental Health Carers Day, Eastbourne

Care for the Carers has organised a Mental Health Carers Day at the View Hotel, Eastbourne this Wednesday, 12th October, 10am – 15.30pm. This is an opportunity to meet other mental health carers and discuss topics around mental health and the caring roles.
The day is completely free to unpaid carers in East Sussex and will include speakers from a number of local organisations.
All drinks, snacks and a lunch will be provided.
