Shop to help carers in Hastings and Battle

Care for the Carers is battling it out with other charities to secure your vote at Tesco storesacross Hastings and Battle.

Until the end of February, if you’re shopping in Tesco stores please take a moment to place your customer vote in the tub for Care for the Carers.

Throughout January and February, help us to help carers via Tesco’s Bags of Help local community grant project. Money raised through sales of carrier bags is being used to fund positive local projects across the UK. Your support could help us fund further support groups and activities for carers in Hastings and Battle.

If we secure the most votes across the Tesco stores in those areas, then carers could benefit from £4,000 in funding for projects in each of these areas. The project we’d like to progress is to create aLocal Monthly Support Group for Dementia Carers.

We’ve already been successful in Bexhill and Crowborough, so please, please do your bit to help carers in other regions of East Sussex, too.

Voting is open in stores in January and February – please vote for us!
