Help at Christmas for Carers
It’s the countdown to Christmas! Christmas can be a stressful and challenging time for carers, who may be juggling many things and seeing to others. Remember to take time out for yourself to enjoy the Christmas festivities and look after your wellbeing.
If you are in need of support, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we are open until 5 pm Christmas Eve. Our office closes from 25th December, re-opening on 2nd January 2020. If you need help or someone to talk to during this period please contact Social Care on 0345 60 80 191 or the Samaritans 116 123 from any phone.
There are also online forums and chats available if you would prefer to chat to other carers online or get online support. Find out more here: https://carers.org/article/chat-carers-online
From everyone at Care for the Carers, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and festive season.
