This free carers group is available for those who are caring for someone with a severe mental illness. The group takes place on the 2nd Friday of each month, 11am-2pm, at The Shed, Hampden Park near Eastbourne. It is an arts and crafts centre and carers can come along, relax and get creative. Enjoy learning crafts and making cards, decorations, jewellery, small woodwork projects and paintings, needlework, crocheting, knitting and ceramics. All materials are supplied.
