There is a misconception that South Asian food is not healthy.

This session is all about how a South Asian diet can still be healthy. All food groups will be discussed in the light of The South Asian Eatwell Guide, developed by Fareeha Jay. We will talk about the type of foods and how much and often we should be having them.

Open to Carers in East Sussex, this event will be held on Zoom at 1pm on Thursday 9th June 2022 and delivered in Urdu/Hindi.
