Meeting outside the front of the De la Warr Pavilion at 11am.

Our Carers Groups are a free, monthly walking group for carers of people with severe mental health issues. The group is social, relaxed and a place to meet with other carers, take a walk and have a chat. We can also stop for tea or coffee!
