All of our carers groups are currently taking place online.
Our Making Memories Dementia Group is free and held monthly in Seaford. It’s a fun and social space for carers of people with dementia to attend with the person they care for, or on their own. Includes reminiscing activities, discussions, quizzes, games and singing that stimulate memories and thoughts. Carers can just come along to the group.
