Our Carers Information and Advice Group is free and held monthly at the Uckfield Local Carers Centre, Victoria Pavilion, Uckfield TN22 5DJ. It’s a relaxing and informal space for carers to take a break and get together. A speaker offers useful advice for carers such as housing, care and support available, finances and stress management.
