Stop Look Care Booklet for Carers – your input needed

by | Mar 6, 2020 | Carer News

Originally aimed at paid carers, the Stop Look Care booklet was developed by nursing colleagues in Brighton and Hove. It acts a handy reference guide for carers, providing general information about a number of health care conditions and topics, and highlighting why different aspects of care are important, what to look for, and what action to take.

We would like to hear from unpaid carers about whether a version of the booklet for unpaid carers should be developed and what changes would make it relevant to you.

Come along to a Carers Voices Focus Group to give your views, on Wednesday 1st April 2020, 1-3pm, at Care for the Carers, Highlight House, 8 St Leonards Road, Eastbourne, BN21 3UH.

Places are limited so booking is essential.  For more information or to book your place, contact Cally Emmerson on callye@cftc.org.uk or 01323 738390 ext 219.  Travel expenses can be claimed for attendance.

If you can’t make it in person, you can give feedback on our online survey at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/VDO6T/ before 1st April 2020.
